Description
YK-11 is a synthetic steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) notable for its dual mechanism of action: partial androgen receptor agonism and myostatin (GDF-8) inhibition.
Through activation of androgen receptor signaling and suppression of the myostatin–SMAD2/3 pathway, YK-11 promotes enhanced muscle differentiation, hypertrophy, and protein synthesis in preclinical research models.
